Types of therapy offered

  • COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a logic-based approach that focuses on the interactions between thoughts, feelings, and actions. CBT provides clients with practical skills they can apply in their daily lives to change feelings and behaviors. I find that it blends well with other modalities, but it can also stand on its own as a treatment.

  • INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is profoundly effective in addressing mental health symptoms and fostering lasting change. IFS draws from evidence-based methods for improving family relationships and applies these concepts to improving our relationship with ourselves.

  • EXPOSURE RESPONSE PREVENTION

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) is the gold standard therapy for all forms of OCD. ERP creates a progressive exposure hierarchy with clear and attainable steps to provide enduring relief.
